To allow WWFN members the opportunity to ask questions of the review committee, an online briefing was held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.

In accordance with the WWFN Voting Code, a notice of question requiring the vote of the members signed by the hand of the Returning Officer, Mr. Jean Desjardins, was sent to the members of the communities appearing on the electoral list on October 24, 2022.
In accordance with the WWFN Voting Code, a notice of the voting signed by the hand of the Returning Officer, Mr. Jean Desjardins, was sent to the members of the communities appearing on the electoral list on November 9, 2022.
A document presenting a summary of the proposal was sent to the members of the community with the notice of the vote of August 5, 2022.
