Explanatory letter
Due to the Canada Post strike, there is a possibility that some PNWW members may not have received the first mailing from the Returning Officer prior to the strike. The PNWW made the decision on or about October 4, following discussions with the Returning Officer, to postpone the absentee voting period.
Information session
To enable PNWW members to fully understand the Proposed Amendments to the Deliberative Assembly Procedures Code and to ask questions, an online information session will be held on November 19, 2025 at 6:30 pm.
