National Day of Truth
and Reconciliation 2026
On September 30, we observe the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation.
This day honors Indigenous children who were sent to residential schools, those who never returned, and the survivors who still carry these wounds.
A time for reflection, sharing, and hope—so that we never forget that every child matters.
